We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and highly skilled Chief Operating Officer to join our senior management team at International Community School, Ghana. As a Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee the operational and financial management of the school, ensuring strategic alignment, institutional growth, effective resource allocation, and exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with the Directors, lead key administrative departments, and implement high-level strategies that support the school’s long-term sustainability and development.

You will bring strong financial management expertise, exceptional analytical and leadership abilities, and proven experience in managing diverse teams within a reputable organization. A chartered accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) is highly desirable, complemented by experience in budgeting, planning, procurement, compliance, and operational oversight.
