Ms. Gloria Akai Joins as Chief Operating Officer

We are pleased to introduce the newest addition to our senior management team, Ms. Gloria Akai, who joins us as the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

In this vital leadership role, Ms. Akai will oversee the school’s overall operating and finance efforts. Her extensive background will be instrumental in ensuring organizational excellence and supporting our mission.

Ms. Akai is a seasoned Finance and Operations Manager with over 10 years of progressive experience within the International Development sector. Her career highlights include:

• Operations Director at LINC LLC: Where she led finance, HR, procurement, and compliance functions.
• Head of Finance and Operations at Plan International Ghana: Where she managed multi-million-dollar donor-funded programs.

Ms. Akai brings a proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and donor compliance. Our community will benefit from her specialized skills in operational process improvement and robust HR management.
