From Awareness to Action: ICS Community Supports Special Education at Garden City Special School

Our community proudly completed its Autism Awareness Fundraising initiative in support of Garden City Special School at Asokore Mampong, under the theme “Celebrate Differences.” The event brought together students, staff, and families in a shared commitment to inclusion, empathy, and community impact.

Thanks to the incredible generosity and support of our parents and the ICS community, we were able to donate to the school items and cash worth over GH16,000.00.  This contribution will support these students with special educational needs, enhance their learning experience, and well-being.

The day was filled with meaningful engagement and a strong sense of purpose. Our students not only contributed but also deepened their understanding of acceptance and diversity.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all parents and members of the ICS community who made this initiative possible. Your kindness and support continue to strengthen our mission of nurturing compassionate, socially responsible global citizens.
